Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Buildings Maintenance Fund Notification.

Maintenance fund

2.  The developer of a development to which section 9 of the Act applies and being a development where temporary occupation licences have been issued for flats comprised in the development at any time before 1st December 1982 shall establish a maintenance fund for that development.
