In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42AA(1)(b) of the Building Control Act 1989, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Building Control (Prescribed Electronic Service under Section 42AA) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 18 December 2023.

Prescribed electronic service for section 42AA(1)( b ) of Act

2.  For the purposes of section 42AA(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed electronic service is the electronic service known as CORENET X at the website https://portal.corenet.gov.sg.
