In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “appointed day” in section 29H(5) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Appointed Day for Manpower Programmes) Notification 2008.

Appointed day for manpower programmes

2.  The appointed day for the purposes of section 29H of the Act shall be 16th June 2009.

Made this 5th day of December 2008.
