In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(5)(b) of the Broadcasting Act 1994, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Broadcasting (Service of Documents Website) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 1 February 2023.

2.  The website maintained by the competent authority at https://www.imda.gov.sg/broadcasting‑act‑directions is prescribed for the purposes of section 64(5)(b) of the Act.
