Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Exemption) (No. 2) Order.

Exemption

2.  The Minister hereby exempts the following broadcasting holding companies from section 33 of the Act:

(a) [Deleted by S 212/2022 wef 25/03/2022]

(b) Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd;

(c) Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd;

(d) STT Communications Ltd; and

(e) Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
