In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas — Telecommunication Facilities) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 4 March 2024.

Areas declared to be protected areas

2.  Any area described in the Schedule is declared to be a protected area for the purposes of sections 32 and 33 of the Act.
