The Minister for Transport has delegated —

(a) all his powers under paragraphs 67, 67A(1)(a), 67B, 67L and 67M of the Order to the Chief Executive Officer and the Head of the Aerodrome Standards and Safety Unit of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore; and

(b) all his powers under paragraphs 67A(1)(c) and (e), 67D, 67E, 67G and 67H of the Order to the Chief Executive Officer and the Head and officers of the Aerodrome Standards and Safety Unit of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
