| 12. | Service for the cleansing of food utensils and crockery in accordance with Islamic rituals |

| 13. | Services mentioned in items 11 and 12, where both services are engaged in respect of a kitchen |

| 14. | Services mentioned in item 13 in respect of more than one kitchen |

| | | $1,350 for the first kitchen and $250 for each additional kitchen |

|
| (b) | if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa or Christmas, between 8.30 a.m. and 12 noon. |
