Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Refusal to Register Marriages, etc. (Form of Notification) Rules.

Refusal to register a marriage, etc., by Kadi or Naib Kadi

2. Every decision of a Kadi or Naib Kadi relating to a refusal to register a marriage or revocation of divorce that is to be conveyed to the Registrar of Muslim Marriages and all other Kadis or Naib Kadis in Singapore under section 104(2) of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Schedule.
