Discontinuation) (No. 3) Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Footpaths — Temporary Discontinuation) (No. 3) Order 2025.

Definitions

2.  In this Order —

“Map 1 footpath” means the footpath delineated by the black‑coloured line in Map 1 set out in the First Schedule;

“Map 2 footpath” means the footpath delineated by the black‑coloured line in Map 2 set out in the First Schedule.

Temporary discontinuation

3.  Each footpath specified in the first column of the Second Schedule is temporarily discontinued as a footpath starting on a date and time specified opposite in the second column, and ending on a date and time so specified opposite.
