Animals and Birds (Fees) Rules 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Fees) Rules 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2009.
Fees
2.  The fees specified in the Schedule may be charged by the Board in respect of the matters or services set out opposite thereto.

Waiver or refund
2A.  The Director‑General may waive or refund in whole or in part any fee payable or paid under these Rules in any particular case.

Revocation
3.  The Animals and Birds (Quarantine) Rules (R 6) and the Animals and Birds (Veterinary Fees) Rules (R 8) are revoked.

10.Evaluation of veterinary vaccines

11.Certificate of freedom from disease within Singapore

14.Certified true copy of any licence, permit, certificate or other document issued by the Director-General under the Act or any of the rules made thereunder, or the endorsement or certification by the Director-General of any document used for the purposes of the Act

15.Quarantine fees (per day or part of a day) at a quarantine station established and managed by the Director-General, for —
 
 
(a)cats or dogs (non-air conditioned, with feed)
 
$26 per animal
(b)cats or dogs (air conditioned, with feed)

16.Inspection and vaccination of cats and dogs against rabies at a quarantine station mentioned in item 15

17.Accommodation at Changi Animal and Plant Quarantine Unit for —
