Citation
1.  This Order is the Arbitration (Appointed Persons under Section 59A) (Consolidation) Order 2025.
Definition
2.  In this Order, “Convention country” has the meaning given by section 27(1) of the International Arbitration Act 1994.
Appointment of persons to authenticate awards and certify copies of awards and arbitration agreements
3.  For the purposes of the enforcement of an award in any Convention country, the Minister appoints the persons specified in the first column of the Schedule to authenticate the original award and to certify copies of the original award and original arbitration agreement, with effect from the date specified opposite in the second column.
