Citation
1.  This Order is the Architects (Exemption from Practising Certificates) Order 2017.
Exemption
2.  Part 5 of the Act does not apply to —
(a)a foreign architect registered under section 15(2A) of the Act to supply, or offer to supply, architectural services in Singapore only in collaboration with a registered architect who has in force a practising certificate; or
(b)a foreign architect registered under section 15(1)(c) of the Act and to whom the Architects (Exemption from Experience Requirements) Order 2017 applies.
