Citation
1.  This Order is the Architects (Exemption from Experience Requirements) Order 2017.
Exemption
2.  Section 15(2) of the Act does not apply to a foreign architect who applies to be registered under section 15(1)(c) of the Act for the purpose of supplying, or offering to supply, architectural services in Singapore only —
(a)in connection with specific building works; and
(b)in collaboration with a registered architect who has in force a practising certificate.
