The Port Master has declared the area specified in the Schedule to be a prohibited area for a period of 10 years, with effect from 12th February 1982.
2.  No vessel of any description, except vessels authorised by the Port Master or the Commander, Republic of Singapore Navy, shall use the said prohibited area for anchorage, passage or for other purposes.
THE SCHEDULE
That part of the Selat Sengkir Channel between a straight line joining Gaja Beacon (Latitude 01° 15′ 26″N Longitude 103° 50′ 30″E) and N W Boat Beacon (Latitude 01° 15′ 14.7″N Longitude 103° 50′ 39″E); and a straight line joining the co-ordinates Latitude 01° 15′ 24″N Longitude 103° 49′ 56″E and Latitude 01° 15′ 15″N Longitude 103° 49′ 56″E.
