The Port Master has declared the area specified in the Schedule as a prohibited anchorage. No vessel above 75 gross registered tonnes except vessels awaiting to berth at the Single Buoy Mooring shall use the said area for anchorage.

THE SCHEDULE

From the western tip of Pulau Bukom Kechil in position Lat. 01° 13′ 34.2″N., Long. 103° 45′ 45″E., by a straight line to Tg. Romos Beacon in position Lat. 01° 13′ 03.7″N., Long. 103° 45′ 38.8″E., and along the eastern coastline of Pulau Semakau to Semakau Beacon in position Lat. 01° 12′ 15″N., Long. 103° 46′ 01″E., thence by a straight line to Penya Beacon in position Lat. 01° 11′ 31.7″N., Long. 103° 45′ 55″E., thence by a straight line to Raffles Lighthouse in position Lat. 01° 09′ 36.5″N., Long. 103° 44′ 33.1″E., thence by a straight lineto a position Lat. 01° 11′ 21″N., Long. 103° 48′ 52″E., thence by a straight line to Beacon 45 in position Lat. 01° 11′ 50.5″N., Long. 103° 48′ 27.7″E., thence by a straight line to a point at Pulau Jong in position Lat. 01° 12′ 56″N., Long. 103° 47′ 18″E., thence by a straight line to the south eastern tip of berth No. 10 at Pulau Bukom in position Lat. 01° 13′ 37.8″N., Long. 103° 46′ 49″E., thence along the southern coastline of Pulau Bukom toa point in position Lat. 01° 13′ 30″N., Long. 103° 46′ 30″E., thence by a straight line to a point at Pulau Bukom Kechil in position Lat. 01° 13′ 30.9″N., Long. 103° 46′ 09.3″E., and then along the southern coastline of Pukau Bukom Kechil to the point of origin.
