The Port Master has declared that part of the banks of the Rochore River bounded within the following co-ordinates:

(a) Lat. 01 18′ 23.7″N	Long. 103 51′ 56.4″E;
(b) Lat. 01 18′ 24.2″N	Long. 103 51′ 56.0″E;
(c) Lat. 01 18′ 22.4″N	Long. 103 52′ 01.8″E; and
(d) Lat. 01 18′ 22.2″N	Long. 103 52′ 00.6″E

to be a prohibited area. No vessel including harbour craft and native craft shall lie alongside, make-fast or beach along such prohibited area.
