10.—(1) Any person who fails to furnish a statutory statement as is required under section 5 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.| (2) Any manufacturer who does not supply a warranty as is required under section 6 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both. |
| (3) Any manufacturer who furnishes a warranty containing statements that are incorrect or inaccurate shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both. |
| (4) In any case where in any simple feed, feed concentrate or compound feed which has been sold, it is found on analysis to contain any ingredient deleterious or dangerous to animals, the seller, manufacturer or proprietor, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both. |
(5) Any person who —| (a) | fraudulently tampers with any animal feed so as to procure that any sample of it taken or submitted for analysis under this Act does not correctly represent the article; or | | (b) | tampers or interferes with any sample submitted for analysis under this Act, |
| shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both. |

(6) Any owner of, or person entrusted for the time being with the charge and custody of, simple feeds, feed concentrates or compound feeds who —| (a) | refuses to allow any authorised officer to take samples as he thinks fit; or | | (b) | otherwise wilfully delays or obstructs any authorised officer in the execution of his duties under this Act, |
| shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both. |
