The Cabinet:
– The Constitution,
– Federal Law No. (7) of 2014 on Combating Terrorism Offences,
– Cabinet Resolution No. (35) of 2014 Concerning the Terrorist Watch Lists Regulations, as amended,
– Based on the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidency Affairs, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
The list of the terrorist persons attached herewith shall be approved.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the date of its issuance.
