The Cabinet,
− Having reviewed the Constitution;
− Federal Law No. (5) of 2022 Regarding Rehabilitation; and
− Based on the Minister of Interior’s proposal approved by the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
The misdemeanors and felonies of concern or involving moral turpitude or breach of trust and related to judicial rehabilitation, and which are set out in tables (1) through (28) attached with this resolution, shall hereby be approved.
Article (2)
The tables attached to this resolution shall enter into force as follows:
1. Tables (1) through (3); as of 07/12/2023.
2. Tables (4) through (28); as of 02/09/2024.
Article (3)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall be enforced by the competent authorities.
