The Cabinet,
− Having reviewed The Constitution;
− Federal Law No. (7) of 2014 regarding Combating Terrorism Crimes;
− Cabinet Resolution No. (74) of 2020 concerning the Terrorism Lists Regulations and Implementation of the UN Security Council's Resolutions on the Suppression and Combating of Terrorism, Terrorist Financing, Countering the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and its Financing and Relevant Resolutions; and
− Based on the Proposal of the Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Presidential Court, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
Both lists of terrorist persons and terrorist organizations attached hereto are hereby approved.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance.
