The Cabinet,
− Having reviewed the Constitution,
− Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 Regarding the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers; as amended,
− Federal Law No. (28) of 2001 Regarding the Establishment of the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology; as amended,
− Cabinet Resolution No. (37) of 2013 Regarding the Application of Mandatory Standard Specifications in the United Arab Emirates, and
− Upon the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
The (3) standard specifications for the oil and gas sector, whose numbers, titles, and types are shown in Schedule No. (1) attached to this Resolution, shall be deemed mandatory standard specifications in the United Arab Emirates.
Article (2)
The amendment to the mandatory standard specification, whose number, title, and type are shown in Schedule No. (2) attached to this Resolution, is hereby approved.
Article (3)
All concerned authorities shall regularize their status in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution within (180) one hundred and eighty days from the date of its entry into force.
Article (4)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication.
