The Cabinet:
– Having reviewed the Constitution;
– Federal Law No. (28) of 2001, establishing the Emirates Standards and Metrology Authority and its amendments,
– Upon the approval of the Cabinet,
Resolves:
Article (1)
The Standard “UAE.S 5022:2018”, with the title “tobacco and products – dizziness”, shall considered as a mandatory standard for application in the United Arab Emirates.
Article (2)
The concerned authorities shall implement this resolution, and shall comply with its provisions within (180) days from its in force date.
Article (3)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the day following its date of publication.
