The Cabinet,
‒ Having reviewed the Constitution; and
‒ Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, On the Competences of Ministries and Capacities of Ministers, and its amendments thereof; and
‒ Federal Law No. (10) of 2018, On Products Safety, and its amendments thereof; and
‒ Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2020, On Standards and Metrology; and
‒ Cabinet Resolution No. (36) of 2013, Concerning the Application of a Mandatory Metrology Standard in the United Arab Emirates,
‒ Based upon the proposal submitted by the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Cabinet’s approval,
Resolved:
المادة (1)
تُطبق اللوائح الفنية" المواصفات القياسية الإماراتية المعتمدة" الخاصة في مجال استهلاك الطاقة، والمبينة أرقامها وعناوينها في الجدول المرفق بهذا القرار، بصفة إلزامية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
المادة (2)
على كافة الجهات المعنية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القرار توفيق أوضاعها بما يتفق وأحكامه خلال (180) يوماً من تاريخ العمل به.
المادة (3)
يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.
