The Cabinet:
− Having reviewed the Constitution;
− Federal Decree by Law No. (26) of 2019 Regarding Public Finance;
− Cabinet Resolution No. (37) of 2021 Regarding the Fees for Healthcare Services Provided by Health Facilities Affiliated with Emirates Health Services (EHS); and
− Upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
1. The Cabinet Resolution No. (37) of 2021 Regarding the Fees for Healthcare Services Provided by Health Facilities Affiliated with Emirates Health Services (EHS) is hereby repealed.
2. The Resolutions regulating healthcare service fees in force prior to the issuance of the aforementioned Cabinet Resolution No. (37) of 2021 shall remain in effect.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from 24 October 2021 A.D.
