The Cabinet,
− Having reviewed the Constitution,
− Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 Regarding the Competences of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, as amended,
− Federal Law No. (13) of 2007 Regarding Goods Subject to Import and Export Control, as amended,
− Federal Law No. (1) of 2011 Regarding Public Revenues,
− Federal Decree by Law No. (8) of 2011 Regarding the Rules for the Preparation of the General Budget and the Final Account, and
− Upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
 

Article (1) Definitions

For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Committee: The Committee for Goods and Materials Subject to Import and Export Control, established pursuant to the aforementioned Federal Law No. (13) of 2007.
Executive Office: The Executive Office of the Committee.
 

Article (2) Service Fees

The Executive Office shall, in consideration for the services it provides, collect the fees set out in the Schedule attached to this Resolution.

Article (3) Amendment of Fees

The Cabinet shall have the competence to make any amendments to the fees set out in this Resolution, whether by addition, deletion, or modification.

Article (4) Final Provisions

The fees set out in this Resolution shall be collected by the means determined through the Ministry of Finance.

Article (5)

The Chairman of the Committee shall issue the necessary decisions for the implementation of the provisions of this Resolution.

Article (6) Publication and Entry into Force

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force sixty days after the date of its publication.
