The Cabinet;
‒ Having reviewed the Constitution; and
‒ Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the competences of ministries and capacities of ministers and its amendments; and
‒ Cabinet Resolution No. (9) of 2014 concerning the unified list of financial and accounting policies for independent federal entities; and
‒ Upon the proposal by the Minister of Finance, and the Cabinet's approval;
Resolves:
Article (1)
Cabinet Resolution No. (9) of 2014 concerning the unified list of financial and accounting policies for independent federal entities shall be repealed.
Article (2)
This resolution shall come into for as of its date of issuance, and shall be published in the official gazette.
