The Cabinet:
− Having Reviewed the Constitution;
− Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 Regarding the Competences of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, as amended;
− Federal Decree by Law No. (15) of 2016 Regarding the Establishment of the Emirates Schools Establishment;
− Cabinet Resolution No. (8) of 2016 Regarding the Establishment of the Emirates Schools Establishment;
− Federal Decree by Law No. (26) of 2019 Regarding Public Finance;
− Cabinet Resolution No. (27) of 2007 Amending Cabinet Resolution No. (24) of 2001 Regarding the Regulation of Admission of Children of Expatriates Working in the Government Sector into Educational Stages; and
− Upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:

Article (1) Definitions

For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Establishment: Emirates Schools Establishment.
Minister: Minister of State for Public Education Affairs.

Article (2) Service Fees

The fees specified next to each service in the table annexed to this Resolution shall be collected in return for the services provided by the Establishment.

Article (3) Amendment of Fees

The Cabinet shall have the authority to amend the fees set forth in this Resolution, whether by addition, deletion, or modification.

Article (4) Collection and Deposit of Fees

1. The fees set forth in this Resolution shall be collected by the means determined by the Ministry of Finance.
2. The collected fees shall be deposited into the State’s Treasury Single Account.

Article (5) Executive Resolutions

The Minister shall issue the necessary decisions to implement the provisions of this Resolution.

Article (6) Repeals

Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed.

Article (7) Publication and Entry into Force

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall enter into force fifteen (15) days from the date of its publication.
