The Cabinet,
‒ Having reviewed the Constitution; and
‒ Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, On the Competences of Ministries and Capacities of Ministers, and its amendments thereof; and
‒ Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019, On Public Finance; and
‒ Cabinet Resolution No. (36) of 2020 Concerning the Fees for Registering in the Federal Suppliers and Contractors Registers; and
‒ Based upon the proposal submitted by the Minister of Finance and the Cabinet’s approval,
Resolved:
 

Article (1)

Cabinet Resolution No. (36) of 2020 Concerning the Fees for Registering in the Federal Suppliers and Contractors Registers is hereby repealed.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the day following its date of publication.
