The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 Regarding the Competences of the Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree by Law No. (2) of 2018 Regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and the Financing of Illegal Organizations, as amended;
- Federal Decree by Law No. (50) of 2023 Regarding the Regulation of Public Welfare Associations;
- Cabinet Resolution No. (5) of 2025 Regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree by Law No. (50) of 2023 Regarding the Regulation of Public Welfare Associations; and
- Upon the proposal of the Minister of Community Empowerment and the approval of the Cabinet,
Herby resolves as follows:
Article (1) Approval of the Classification Guide
The Classification Guide for Public Welfare Associations and their Public Welfare Activities, attached to this Resolution, is hereby approved.
Article (2) Publication and Entry into Force
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
