The Cabinet:
– Having reviewed the Constitution;
– Federal Law (1) of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended,
– Cabinet Resolution No. (12) of 2008 on the Educational Coordination and Integration Council,
– Based on the proposal of the Minister of Education and the approval thereof by the Cabinet,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article (1)
The Cabinet Resolution No. (12) of 2008 on the Educational Coordination and Integration Council shall be repealed.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
