The Cabinet:
− Having Reviewed the Constitution;
− Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 Regarding the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
− Federal Law No. (5) of 1984 Regarding the Practice of Some Medical Professions by Non-Physicians and Non-Pharmacists;
− Federal Law No. (4) of 2015 Regarding Private Health Facilities, as amended;
− Cabinet Resolution No. (10) of 2009 Regarding the Establishment of the UAE Nursing and Midwifery Council; and
− Upon the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
The Cabinet Resolution No. (10) of 2009 Regarding the Establishment of the UAE Nursing and Midwifery Council is hereby repealed.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the date of its publication.
