IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant shall produce requests numbered 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 25 and 28 in the Defendant’s Redfern Schedule by
4pm on 4 March 2022.
2. The Defendant’s requests numbered 1 to 13, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27 and 29 as set out in the Defendant’s Redfern Schedule are denied.
3. The Defendant shall produce requests numbered 1 to 15 as set out in the Claimant’s Redfern Schedule by
4pm on 4 March 2022.
4. Liberty to apply.
5. Costs in the case.
