) and registered as case no. TCD-008-2020

the application filed on 15 November 2020 by the Claimant seeking a formal transfer of the case to the Technology & Construction Division pursuant to rule 56.10 of the Rules of the DIFC Court (the
“Application”
)
AND UPON
reviewing the documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HERBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application will be determined as soon as all pleadings in this case have been exchanged.
2. Case no. TCD-008-2020 is transferred to CFI-109-2020. On this basis, CFI-109-2020 will be progressed in line with Part 7 process as set out in the Rules of the DIFC Court.
3. Case no. TCD-008-2020 will be reserved for CFI-109-2020 in the event the Application is eventually granted and the case transferred to the TCD.
4. No order on costs.
