IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimant shall provide its witness statement introducing the New Evidence by 4 pm on Wednesday, 30 September 2020.
2. The Defendant shall file its pleading in reply on the Preliminary Issue by 4 pm on Thursday, 1 October 2020.
3. The Parties shall mutually exchange skeleton arguments by 4pm on Thursday, 8 October 2020.
4. The Preliminary Issue shall be listed for hearing on the first open date after 15 October 2020.
