CONSENT ORDER
UPON
the Judgment of Justice Sir Richard Field on Preliminary issues dated 13 June 2021 (the
“Judgment”
)
AND UPON
the Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 13 September 2021 (the
“Order”
)
AND UPON
the Claimants having made the interim payment identified in paragraph 7 of the Order
AND UPON
the parties having reached settlement as to the sums payable by the Defendants under paragraph 3 of the Order and the sums payable by the Claimants under paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Order and it being further agreed that sums payable by the Defendants to the Claimants in accordance with the Order shall be set off against sums payable by the Claimants to the Defendants
AND UPON
there being no other costs payable by or enforceable against the parties under the terms of the Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimants shall, within 28 days of the date of this order, pay to the Defendants the sum of $1,271,837.
2. No order as to costs.
