reviewing the Appellants’ Application No. TCD-002-2020/14 dated 1 November 2022 (the “Application”) seeking an Order for an extension of time to file an appellants’ notice including an application for permission to appeal pursuant to Rule 44.6(2) and 44.10(2) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”)
AND UPON
considering all documents filed in support of the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.	The Application is granted.
2.	The Appellants shall file their appellants’ notice including an application for permission to appeal by no later than 4pm on Friday, 2 December 2022 pursuant to RDC 44.6(2).
3.	The Respondents shall file and serve their submissions by no later than 4pm on Friday, 20 January 2023 pursuant to RDC 44.14.
4.	There shall be no order as to costs.
