reviewing the First Defendant’s response to the Application dated 1 August 2021
AND UPON
the Court being satisfied that the First Defendant is not in breach of paragraph 1 of the Consent Order pending the determination of the Application and therefore shall not be required to apply for relief from sanctions
AND UPON
the Court having read the papers marked on the Court file as having been read
AND UPON
reviewing the Rules of the DIFC Courts (
RDC
)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The time for complying with paragraph 1 of the Consent Order shall be varied to no later than
4pm on 1 August 2021
.
3. The time for complying with paragraphs 5 and 7 of the ACMO shall be varied to no later than
4pm on 8 August 2021
.
4. Costs in the case.
5. Liberty to apply.
