) Application No. ENF-221-2019/1, filed on 11 February 2021 (but dated 14 February 2021), requesting that the proceedings in case no. ENF-221-2019 be marked private (the
“Privacy Application”

reviewing FAL Oil Company’s (
“FAL”
) reply to the Privacy Application filed on 24 February 2021

reviewing SEWA’s response to FAL’s reply, filed on 4 March 2021

The Application is redundant on the basis that the proceedings in ENF-221-2021 are now marked public.
