UPON the application filed by the Judgment Debtor on 6 August 2009 to stay the
Third Party Debt Order
issued on 5 August 2009 and requesting an earlier return date.

AND UPON reading the supporting documents submitted with the application.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is denied.
2. The mechanism to address the matters set out in the application is the appeal process described in the Rules of the DIFC Courts. To allow this application would circumvent that appeal process and the mechanisms prescribed in the Rules that relate to appeals of determinations from the Director of Employment Standards.
3. The parties are at liberty to submit such further applications and documents to the Court as they consider appropriate.
4. Costs in any event.
