ORDER
Upon receiving the Determination of the Director of Employment Standards against Libertas Capital (Dubai) Limited dated 21 May 2009 (the "Determination") which was submitted in accordance with the statutory authority given to the Director under Article 81 of the DIFC Employment Law, DIFC Law No. 4 of 2005 and in accordance with the Rules of the DIFC Courts Part 45.16 and Part 45.17.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant shall pay the amount of AED 127,663.33 to Wali Asif Khan by no later than thirty-one (31) days after the receipt of the Determination by the Defendant.
2. Leave to appeal the Determination within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Determination.
