INTERIM CHARGING ORDER
UPON
reading the application by the Judgment Creditor for an interim charging order; and
HAVING
reviewed the Rules of the DIFC Courts;
IT IS ORDERED THAT
:
1. A charge is imposed over the Judgment Debtor's shares in the company, Abu Al Haj Holding Limited (a DIFC Company).
2. The Applicant to effect the service of this Order in accordance with
RDC 46.10
3. The Applicant to apply to fix a hearing for the Court to consider whether to make a final charging order.
