2. The Defendant undertakes to the Court to preserve the status quo between 28 July 2023 and
3pm GST on Tuesday, 1 August 2023
by pausing, temporarily, any further external
				rebranding steps or further external rebranding communications.
3. The Parties are to endeavour to agree further orders in relation to the continuation of the
				undertaking and any cross-undertaking and directions including timetabling directions leading
				to a hearing for final relief.
4. Costs of the hearing today are reserved.
