2. The Part 21 Defendants' Application Notice CFI-008-2013/7 to adjourn is refused.
3. The Part 21 Defendants shall pay the Part 21 Claimant a total of US$ 45,000 in costs within 14 days of the date of this order and by no later than Monday 5 May 2014.
