IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant produce to the Claimant within 14 days:
a) All emails and correspondence to and from Mr Bryce in relation to (either prior to or after) his meeting with the Claimant Dr. Weir on 28 March 2011;
b) All emails, correspondence and notes concerning the draft variation to the Claimant's contract sent to him on 5 April 2011.
2. The Courts reject the Claimant's requests 1,4 & 5 for a lack of sufficient description regarding their relevance and materiality.
3. Costs in the case.
