reviewing the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-114-2020/4 dated 19 December 2022 seeking to rely on expert evidence as to UAE law in these proceedings (the “Application”).
AND UPON
reviewing the documents filed in support of the Application.
AND UPON
reviewing Part 31 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.	The Application is granted.
2.	Pursuant to Part 31 of the RDC the Claimant shall be at liberty to rely on expert evidence as to UAE law in these proceedings, limited to the matters referred to in paragraph 18 of the Affidavit of Mr Antonios Dimitracopoulos dated 15 December 2022.
3.	Any expert evidence relied upon must be filed within 14 days of this Order.
4.	The costs of this Application shall be costs in the case.
