reviewing the Witness Statement of Mr DK Singh of KBH Limited dated 15 June 2023 filed in support of the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THAT:
1.	KBH Limited cease to be the legal representative of the Defendants in the proceedings.
2.	KBH Limited shall provide to the Registry, by no later than
3pm on Monday, 26 June 2023
contact details for the Defendants.
3.	A copy of the sealed Order must be served on every party to the proceedings in Claim Number CFI-090-2022.
