reviewing Part 28 of the Rules of the DIFC Couts (“RDC”)
AND UPON
the Applicant’s Application No. CFI-087-2022/5 dated 23 May 2024 for a Document
				Production Order made by the Defendant with supporting evidence (the “Application”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimants must produce the documents requested by the Defendant in
				Requests 1 to 18, 20 to 21, 24 to 44, 46 to 47, 49 to 55. 57 to 60, and 62 to 72 of
				the Defendant’s Requests for Production to the Claimants dated 4 April 2024.
2. The Claimants must produce the documents ordered to be produced in this Order
				within 12 days of this Order.
3. The Claimants shall file a document production statement within 12 days of this
				Order.
