“ACM Order”

the Consent Order dated 6 December 2020 which amended the ACM Order
AND UPON
the Consent Order dated 15 December 2020 ( the
“December 2020 consent Order”
) which amended the Consent Order and the ACM Order
AND UPON
the agreement of the Claimants and the Defendant
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. Paragraph 3 of the December 2020 Consent Order is amended such that the time by which the Parties produce documents pursuant to paragraph 10 of the ACM Order shall be extended to
4pm on 21 January 2021
.
2. Paragraph 2 of the December 2020 Consent Order is amended such that the time by which any application by any Party for a Document Production Order pursuant to paragraph 9 of the ACM Order shall be extended to
28 January 2021
.
3. The costs of this Order shall be costs in the case.
