UPON the parties having agreed terms of settlement
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. All further proceedings in this action be stayed upon the terms of the Settlement Agreement agreed between the parties on 22 November 2019 as filed in
Court
on 5 December 2019.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties may, however, enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement (“Terms”) and shall have permission to apply to the
DIFC Courts
to enforce the Terms without the need to bring in a fresh claim.
3. Each party shall bear their own costs.
